This is a long-term rental with a minimum stay of 3 months.

Rates:  Please contact us (see contact info menu) with your requested dates and we will provide you with the rate. We have a 3-6 month fall/winter rate and an annual rate.

The rate for this unit is based on 2 person occupancy and includes gas, electric and all taxes. For additional guests, please add $ 10 usd/ peso equivilant / night/ person.

Deposit:  For a confirmed reservation, your first month rent is required as a deposit. (Contact us for deposit instructions).

Refund Policy: A cancellation of your confirmed reservation before 60 days entitles you to a full refund. Cancellations within 60 days for extraordinary reasons (documented health issues or other events) will be considered on a case by case basis.
